Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco DOC 2018 Review

A new-new for Chardonnay lovers. This wine has such a nice kiss of oak while, staying refreshing from the bracing, and I mean bracing, acidity. The refreshment factor here goes to eleven. It’s so damn balanced, you may only dole out a few sips to others and save the rest of the bottle for yourself. It’s from Sicily, and somehow they captured the sun in this bottle. It's outstanding.
