Gioacchino Garofoli 'Podium' Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore 2016 Review
If you haven’t checked out wine made from the verdicchio grape, this is a great place to start. Steely acidity with pear, citrus and the perception of wet stone minerality frame the wine, and it’s crazy refreshing and balanced. If you pair this with grilled fish with a lemon squeeze and some fresh roasted vegetables you and your guests will have a new favorite white wine.
