G4 Tequila Blanco de Madera Review
This stunning blanco tequila showcases a curious combination of using traditional techniques for modern drinking preferences. The "de madera" portion of its name refers to the wooden vats used for fermentation, while the 45 percent ABV bottling strength is a nod to the fact that 80 proof is not quite strong enough for most agave aficionados. Both of these aspects are impressive and notable, but it's the final product that truly shines. Earthy, vegetal, herbaceous, and bright, this is exactly what we look for in a blanco tequila, whether it's intended for mixing or sipping.
