Forman Napa Chardonnay 2021 Review
Ric Forman is well-known for his red wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, and Petit Verdot. But he also plays with a small plot of Chardonnay in Napa, grown in pink volcanic soil. It is a mineral-driven wine with the elegance of great natural acidity. It's aged on the lees, bringing a beautiful creamy texture.
