Fontanafredda Gavi DOCG 2018 Review

This wine is clean, crisp, and nutty at the same time. It has excellent structure, while still being refreshing. I’m like, give me a roasted chicken and some pasta with olive oil, garlic, some ripe cherry tomatoes, and with this bottle I'm good. Ok, maybe I’ll invite some friends over to share. This is not your Nonna’s Gavi. This Gavi is evolved, damn.
