Flora Springs Rosé 2022 Review
While the winery is known for its red blends, Flora Springs can make a mean rosé. This rosé will captivate you with its deep color. It is Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, and some Vermentino. It’s made using the saignée method of rosé production, which involves bleeding off a portion of the juice being used to make red wines, creating a bold rosé. The wine has a great depth of fruit with a creamy texture and notes of vanilla. Burgers at a backyard cookout is on the menu here.
