Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Review
Classic Cali Cab with notes of plum and black pepper. As it opens aromas of blackberry jam and vanilla pop up, along with more savory licorice and a scent of pine. The palate is soft, but tinged with the heat of the alcohol, making the plum a bit pruny. But the tannins are well integrated, and it may harmonize with some time in bottle.
