Ferzo Pecorino Terre Di Chieti IGP 2017 Review
Pecorino, from the Marche region on the eastern coast of Italy, needs more love. It is often quite affordable, easy on the palate and great with food. Soft, frothy acidity leads to aromas of green apple and ripe pear with some white pepper and stone fruit for good measure. There is a nice depth to this wine, and just as they do on the beaches of the region, it is a perfect pairing for seafood dishes.
