Fattoria Selvapiana Bucerchiale Riserva 2016 Review
This wonderful, rustic red wine smells like eating a cherry pie in a tobacco shop after a walk in the woods. The tannins still have a slight grip, and though it may be able to go another year to soften, this bottle is drinking really well right now. This is a great wine for stuffed pastas like ravioli, tortellini or cannelloni.
