El Cep Marques de Gelida Gran Reserva Brut Cava NV Review
This is a great Cava in a sea of cava on the shelves out there. It drinks dry, and has a slight tart note that is balanced by the persistent yet soft bubbles. You could sip this with brunch or lite bites. It’s also fine just chillin in a glass on its own while you hang with your besties.
