Eberle Winery Chardonnay 2019 Review
It’s ripe, grippy, and smells like apples and lemon peels. The fruit is tart, and the acidity is high, muting the oak influence a bit. It’s a nice casual-drinking Chardonnay for a light lunch, maybe a chicken salad sandwich.
