Doyard Cuvee Vendemiaire Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Brut NV Review
This is a legit, classic style of Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay). It has an extremely balanced palate that is creamy, and at the same time, soft and tart. The bubbles are just about perfect, and the price is awesome. It’s a great gift, but make sure you buy a bottle for yourself, or get a glass or two.
