Dos Maderas Selección Triple Aged Rum Review
The complex production process for this rum combines various base distillates, aging vessels, and even maturation locations, with time spent in barrel both in the Caribbean and Spain. With so much going on prior to bottling, the balance and harmony of the final spirit are remarkable. With oxidative sherry notes, dried fruits, and tangy molasses, this is a complex sipper.
