Don’t be fooled by this rum's 40 percent ABV; it suffers no lack of concentration or character. Dos Maderas Luxus combines 10-year-old rums from Barbados and Guyana, beofore aging for 5 years in Pedro Ximénez casks in Jerez, Spain. That final resting period accentuates the spirit’s dried fruit and nut profile, while rich dark caramel lingers underneath, making for an ideal digestif.
