Don Papa Rum Aged 10 Years Review
Don Papa's younger, seven-year-old expression, has an intense, slightly one-dimensional cola profile. With three extra years in barrel, this release has evolved into a softer, more approachable rum, with notes of tropical fruits and caramel adding extra layers to its profile. Both are distinctive and intriguing rums, but this is the pick of the two if you're choosing.
