Diplomático Rum Reserva Exclusiva Review
This aged expression from Venezuela starts with a bounty of stone fruits on the nose, with undercurrents of vanilla, demerara sugar, and a kiss of black licorice. On the palate, the notes drift to a more savory profile with noticeable oak influence throughout. Although Diplomático Rum Reserva Exclusiva would benefit from a bit more strength in the ABV department, its even-keeled profile packs plenty of crowd-pleasing potential.
