Desolas Mezcal Review
In general, encountering a mezcal that's bottled a 40 percent ABV can raise concerns about flavor intensity, but that's not an issue with this release. Crafted from the Salmiana variety in the state of San Luis Potosí, it exudes vibrant notes of underripe tropical fruits and is complemented by subtle undertones of rocky minerals. Given the aforementioned proof, we recommend sipping over mixing in cocktails for this mezcal.
