Denizen Aged White Rum Review
This aged white rum combines column-still rum from Trinidad and pot-still Jamaican rum, with the final blending process taking place in Amsterdam. Both base spirits contribute noticeably to the spirit's final profile. The Jamaican rum serves up funky, herbaceous notes, while the Trinidadian rum rounds out the edges, adding sweet and inviting notes of vanilla and toasted oak. Well balanced and reasonably complex, this rum serves as a great base for cocktails.
