Distillerie Patrick St. Surin Rum Clairin Review
Traditional to Haiti, and produced using truly artisanal techniques, this expression serves up minerally, grassy-like savoriness and springs to life on the palate. The finish is rounded and culminates in a soft landing without disappearing. If sipping unaged spirits is on your summer agenda (or any time of the year, really), set aside some time for this fine clairin.
