Del Maguey Tobalá Review
This 100 percent Tobalá mezcal from Del Maguey is a delicious sip and the nose immediately grabs your attention. It begins with smoke but it quickly gives way to layers of dates and green garden vegetables — think: sugar snap peas and green pepper. On the palate, you get bright, tropical fruit with a nice minerality. The finish is clean with a pleasant smokiness. This bottle more than justifies its premium price tag.
