Cuvaison Estate Pinot Noir 2023 Review
This estate Pinot Noir has such nice depth. The alcohol is high-ish for this variety but here, it adds to the depth and complexity of the wine. The nose has earthy notes of cherries and subtle coffee tones. The palate is elegant and even, with acidity and depth matching seamlessly. The mouthfeel is slightly fleshy with an easy edgy grip.
