Cristom 'Mt. Jefferson Cuvee' Pinot Noir 2018 Review
This is a great American Pinot Noir. It has density and lift, with great acidity and a rich fruit core. It’s young and can age another couple of years but is drinking well now. This wine deserves to be paired with that honey roasted duck recipe you've been eyeing.
