Cordero di Montezemolo Langhe Nebbiolo 2018 Review
This is such a great wine. It is focused with a rich fruit core, and balanced by excellent acidity. It is a true expression of the Nebbiolo grape and is a great introduction to wine made from this variety. It is a comfort on the palate and will pair with all kinds of foods, but I’m thinking a pulled pork ragù over creamy polenta. Am I drooling?
