Colmant Cap Classique Brut Chardonnay NV Review
A great example of the potential of quality in sparkling wine in South Africa. The nose welcomes with yogurt drizzled with honey and topped with pears. As the bubbles settle a waft of mineral-driven wet stone emerges. The palate is firm with a good grip and a rich yeasty mouthfeel that isn't overwhelming.
