Col Vetoraz Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze 2020 Review
This Prosecco comes from one of the most important hill vineyards in Valdobbiadene: Cartizze. It is tight with persistent bubbles, and the nose has ripe pear coming to mind. There is a minimal fruity character to this wine, which instead focuses more on the mineral-driven side. On the finish, there is a slight bitter note.
