Clos Pegase Merlot 2018 Review

If you want to do a Merlot, but are really more of a Cali Cab fan, this boozy Merlot is a place to start. There is a whopping 15% alcohol here (for merlot that’s cray). And the heat from said alcohol is the dominant characteristic in the bottle. If you were to pair this with heavy meats, like slathered BBQ, it will jive. Just drink plenty of water.
