Chateau Ste. Michelle & Dr. Loosen Eroica Riesling 2019 Review
This wine smells like sliced mangoes and ripe pears dusted with sugar. There is a tartness on the palate that’ll make you pucker a bit, but the very high acidity balances that out. A spicy dish like green pad Thai or firecracker chicken would calm the heat and add some complexity to the experience.
