Chateau de Segries Tavel Rosé 2018 Review
Watermelon drizzled with honey greets you on the nose along with a whiff of eucalyptus and white pepper. Lying just beneath are subtle aromas of cherries flecked with violet and lavender. The palate is viscous, almost chewy, with calm acidity, and even a little bit of tannin. It is a nice wine and will give your palate an adventure or raise eyebrows at a dinner party.
