Château de Bligny Blanc de Blancs Brut NV Review
Château de Bligny is a castle in Champagne. It has seen a total of seven owners since the early 18th century. Since 1999, the Rapeneau family have been the stewards of this land and are doing an excellent job carrying on the estate’s legacy. This Blanc de Blancs is an absolute joy to drink. It has impeccable balance on the nose and palate, with lifted notes of green apple and the sweetness of Meyer lemons. There is a faint candied vibe that borders on Tootsie Pops in the best way. The bubbles are swift yet persistent and do a great job of helping you enjoy the most of this wine.
