Mature, focused champagne with strawberries and clotted cream on the nose. There is a welcome elegance on the palate with a delicate perlage (bubbs winding up to the top) and a creamy mouthfeel with the added aromas of ginger and fresh-baked puff pastry. This is the Champers you spend the money on to share with close friends.
