Cerro Añon Reserva 2018 Review
Grupo Bodegas Olarra includes three wineries. It is a big company with resources to help understand and implement the best sustainable practices available. Now in its third generation with a facility known as the Rioja Cathedral, they use modern technology with old school know-how as they continue to grow. This wine is an excellent example of their philosophy and skill. It is soft and supple with active acidity bouncing in and out of a tight, concentrated fruit core. The palate shows slight tannins that contribute to the overall balance. A wonderful wine that will only improve with age.
