Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino 2018 Review
Dark and inky with a powerful yet soft nature. It smells like blueberry liqueur with a whiff of flowers (violets?). The palate has nice weight, with moderate natural acidity lifting wine up just enough to enjoy some added notes of sweet like mocha and a skosh of vanilla. The wine is still aging but is also drinking well now.
