Castle & Key Restoration Rye 2021 Batch #1 Review
The first batch of 2021 marks the third release from Castle & Key’s Restoration Rye series. Produced from a 63 percent rye mash bill, the small-batch rye is pulled from just 80 barrels. It brings the senses to life with expressive floral and stone fruit aromas, before savory spices quickly follow on the palate. Add this line of ryes to your watchlist (and shopping list).
