Castello di Gabbiano Prosecco Brut 2022 Review
Castello di Gabbiano has a long history of making wine in Chianti. More recently, the winery travelled north to add Prosecco to its portfolio. This wine has a balanced nose with a rich, creamy aromas. It has green apple and lemon zest flavors on the palate, supported by soft bubbles.
