Barr Hill Gin Review

Beeswax and honey. If you're looking for a gin that's dominated by those notes, this is the bottle for you. The nose is sweet with gentle seasonings of juniper and black pepper spice, while the palate is consistent with the nose, with added strawberry and rhubarb notes. This gin is really pleasant, if non-traditional. Sample with lemon and soda over ice, or mix in a Ramos Gin Fizz if you’re feeling adventurous.
