Boschkloof Chardonnay 2021 Review
Boschkloof is known for their sustainability and Syrah. But they apply their thoughtful approach to every wine they make. This Chardonnay is nice because the balance is undeniable and the price is so right. It was fermented in a mix of stainless steel and used French barrels, giving it some nice oak vibes! The result is a bright and lively wine with soft edges. The oak really comes through in the texture more than the aroma profile and I feel like this is exactly what they were going for. To say this is a no-brainer for any casual occasion is an understatement.
