Guiliano Bortolomiol is said to have made the first brut Prosecco by adding just a slight amount of sugar into the wine in order to retain its structure. Today the Bortolomiol winery is run by sisters Maria Elena, Giuliana and Luisa Bortolomiol who have expanded the line and carried on his legacy. This brut Prosecco offers calm fruit notes of lemon zest and pear with lively bubbles and active acidity.
