It's time to get into Godello. This is a wine with rich mineral-driven notes of meyer lemon and white flowers (liker earthy hawthorn), apples and mint. On the palate the wine has a nice, broad mouthfeel, with medium acidity and a perception of french butter - the stuff that is made in house and served with baguettes at bistros. Once you try this wine it’ll be a go-to.
