Bodegas Naia-Vina Sila 'Naiades' 2014 Review
Oxidized notes of hazelnuts and peach (like a Sherry thing, ya know?) with lime oil and bell pepper. There is a bit of quince paste and some citrus peel as it opens too. This wine is all about sharp, high-pitched aromas, with a palate that will pucker you up. It’s unique, and would do well with seafood dishes with some weight, like a halibut in a cream sauce.
