Bodegas Aragonesas Coto de Hayas Garnacha Centenaria 2016 Review
This is a big wine, but unlike other full bodied Garnacha the Centenaria brings inherent characteristics to the table. Aged in French oak with a full malolactic conversion this wine still has bright acidity heightening bright sour cherry aromas, along with a hint of vanilla and an undeniable whiff of cardamom and cinnamon. This winery makes a lot of wine, so kudos to them for keeping everything in balance.
