Rich, focused, and refreshing with notes of lemon and ginger. With a swirl a hint of dried apricot pops up to say hi. The palate is grippy, deep, and filled with great acidity keeping the structure intact while accentuating the aromas found on the nose. This is the kind of white you pop with good friends at sunset with some nibbles of Spanish cheeses, quince paste, almonds and good convo.
