Bluecoat American Dry Gin Review
This New Western style gin starts out really fruity and bright, then becomes more spiced and complex on the palate. Its aromas recall orange, lemon, and honey, with notes of lemon thyme adding a subtle savory tone. Black pepper, star anise, and orange peel bring vibrancy to the palate and lead into a long, distinctive finish. This is a great, approachable gin to help beginners explore the category.
