Bluebird Distilling Straight Rye Whiskey Review
Distilled at the producer’s Phoenixville, Penn. facility, this is a 100-percent-rye craft release. It’s bottled without an age statement at 46 percent ABV and opens with a bright and mentholated profile that soon shifts to underripe stone fruits. Black pepper and tart cherries round out a pleasant and spicy finish.
