To state that the Bien Nacido vineyard, the most single-vineyard designated site in the world, is iconic would be an understatement. This is one of the most revered Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sites in the U.S. This wine is proof of all of it. This wine is everything balanced. Everything. The nose is calm and focused with ripe fruit and a whisper of oak. The palate is juicy and salty and rich all at the same time. It’s the kind of American Chardonnay that you just have to taste, nay, feel.
