Bieler Family, Pinot Grigio "Daisy" 2021 Review
In the U.S., we have a 75 percent rule in wine. You can only put a grape variety on a label if there's at least 75 percent of it in the blend. This is one of those wines. It’s 75 percent Pinot Grigio along with some Riesling and a pop of Moscato. The acidity, vibrancy, and tangy fruit of the Pinot Grigio drive this wine while the supporting characters bring aromas of honey and the savory sweetness of lychee. The palate is not as expressive as the nose, but it is a very fun and enjoyable wine.
