Bardstown Bourbon Company Fusion Series #2 Review
This bourbon contains a "fusion" of 60 percent wheated and high-rye bourbons, which Bardstown makes itself, along with 40 percent sourced 12-year-old Kentucky bourbon. The nose is inviting and jumps out of the glass. Rye notes lead the charge, followed by black pepper, and a light caramel. The palate is super complex and spicy, serving a bite of the rye that lingers on the finish for an age.
