Avión Añejo Review
The pale gold hue of this añejo suggests a lighter influence of oak than many bottles at this age, and tasting it soon confirms this notion. The notes from maturation never threaten to overpower the soul of the distillate, with pineapple, green mango, and fresh jalapeño flavors leading the palate, backed up by rich vanilla and just a hint of licorice.
