Aurora Cellars Grüner Veltliner 2021 Review
On the Leelanau Peninsula of northern Michigan, where winters are hefty and long, siblings Sam and Taylor Simpson concentrate on making high-quality wine from cool-climate grapes. This Grüner is angular and lean on the nose with some interesting apricot and mango aromas. On the palate this wine offers great acid and texture, lending to a balanced mouthfeel.
