Smells like distant cherries, an autumn forest, and watermelon (I know). The balance here is amazing. The core of the fruit rests on your palate with a moderate current of acidity, giving a slight lift. The calm weight is welcome and ready for a lean steak, meat pasta, or charcuterie plate.
