Adami Bosco di Gica Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore NV Review
Abele Adami is said to be the first in the region to present a Prosecco made from a single vineyard in the 1930s. Since then, the family has continued to diversify and showcase different expressions from various plots. This wine is named after a grouping of rugged hills, once a forest (bosco), where the vines are now planted. It has a nice earthy nose of overripe pear and a well-balanced palate.
